Kaeso 0.5.4 fixes Claude Code requests to models whose output limit is below 32,000 tokens, which were refused before. Fresh installs start with KPMR model data as of 2 November 2026 and current prices for two OpenRouter models. Running installs get the same data from KPMR on their own. There are no breaking changes in this release.

## Fixed

- Claude Code reaches models whose output limit is below 32,000 tokens, such as Command A. A request from another format that asks for more output than the model's maximum now gets that maximum, and `kaeso-adapted` names the app's field, such as `max_tokens`.
