Kaeso 0.2.1 changes only how releases are published on GitHub. The release page now shows a short summary, while CHANGELOG.md and the documentation keep the full notes. The changes in this release touch only the release workflow, the release-notes script and the releasing guide, so there is nothing to act on when you upgrade a running install.
