Kaeso 0.3.1 is a small follow-up to 0.3.0 with no breaking changes. The gateway now checks for new releases every 5 minutes, and Settings shows the last check only when it failed. The documentation changelog is split into one page per minor series, and the UI library's ReleaseArt takes an image source for stored release artwork.

- Each release on the documentation's changelog shows its artwork, the same picture as the console's What's new dialog. The documentation's Content Security Policy allows images from the update server for it.
UI library
ReleaseArttakes asrcprop, an image of a release's stored artwork, shown in the same frame as the drawn picture, which stays as the fallback if the image doesn't load.

- The changelog is split into one page per minor series, so no page outgrows the site's page budget. Older series sit on their own pages, and links to a version, including old version anchors, open the page that holds it. The 0.3.0 documentation and showcase could not be deployed until this was fixed.
